Submitting Annual Reports for 2024

The conferences and councils within Ontario Region will be using the National Council Online Members Portal to submit 2024 financial and statistical reports.

The Members Portal is only a tool to submit your year end reports (both the Financial report and Statistical report).

Both reports must be completed in the usual manner and then input into the Members Portal for submission. Timelines:

• Conferences submit to PC before Jan. 30, 2025
• Particular Councils submit to Central Council, if applicable, or to ONRC before Feb. 20, 2025
• Central Councils submit to ONRC before Mar. 10, 2025

For conferences and Councils who will be relying on higher level Councils to submit their data into the portal, you will

1. prepare your financial and statistical reports as you have in earlier years using these templates 9.3-A-B-ENG-Report-2024.xlsx and 9.3-E-ENG-Annual-Report-2024v2.xlsx, then
2. share them with your next higher Council for entry into the portal.

For conferences and Councils who will be entering their own data into the portal (and possibly also the data for your supported conferences or PCs), you will

1. prepare your financial and statistical reports as you have in earlier years using these templates 9.3-A-B-ENG-Report-2024.xlsx and 9.3-E-ENG-Annual-Report-2024v2.xlsx, then
2. use these resources to support this submission process:
   1. user access to portal
      1. Ontario region PC and CC presidents will be contacted by January 17th with portal login info for all of the conferences and PCs which you support.
      2. Exception: Conferences and Particular Councils supported by Toronto Central Council will receive their instructions directly from Toronto CC.
