ONRC Fund Development Committee

Committee Members: Wendy Fougere-Yip, John Van Der Zalm, Juliet Diamante, Bruce Crampton, Jennifer Wilson, Linda Alexander, Paul Campbell, Vito Malfara, Jayne Green, (Members of ONRC Board)

Mandate: The Committee is responsible for

• Work closely with the ONRC Board as well as other Committees, Central Councils, Particular Councils and Isolated Conferences and the National SSVP Board to assist in raisings funds for the ongoing needs of the Ontario SSVP groups as well as the Neighbours in Need.
• Organize projects and events throughout the year to facilitate with the needs of the province and Committees.
• The destination of raised funds to be considered and determined by the ONRC Board unless said event is earmarked, ahead of time, to go to a particular committee Activity during 2025: The Fund Development committee met monthly by electronic means and completed the following activities for the period from September to December, 2025.

Focus of activity for 2026:

• ONRC Rock For Education Concert – A Tribute to Adele by Angela Seeger. Saturday, May 23, 2026. St, Mary’s High School. 200 Whitney Ave., Hamilton ON. Tickets (e-Transfer - $35), Printed tickets or at door $40.
• ONRC Gala – Celebrating SSVP 180 years of service in Canada. Friday, September 18th, 2026. Oakville Conference Center, 2515 Wyecroft Rd, Oakville ON. Tickets $150 (Tax Receipt $75)
• Other events ongoing and TBD
