Conference financial check list

We have recently held our second meeting of all the treasurers at the Halton PC. It has been something that we have wanted to do for some time to get the treasurers into a room together and to go through the best practices and to ensure that we are being consistent with our practices and to help conferences with questions and concerns..

..Since we have a the Fianancial handbook and the treasurers Cross Conference Group (CCG) best practices power point on the Ontario website already, (under Resources:Accounting in the Members section) if you agree, perhaps we can add the checklist as well. The CCG started off our discussions about financial practices in 2016 at our first annual gathering of conferences and the recent treasurers meetings were the fruit of what was kickstarted with the help of this CCG power point created by one of our HPC treasurers...
