Mandate: Our Stores are the face of our Society. To show the importance of stores as a first contact of our “friends in need”. To unite all Managers and encourage them to take part in aspects of the Society. Getting Managers and Store Committees working in the best interest of the Society. Meetings: There are Regional Managers Meetings (There is 4 regions) We have Managers meeting at all AGM’s and AGA’s. Managers are encouraged to attend and ONRC has paid for Regional Chairs to attend these meetings. What accomplishments/successes has the program had in the one-year period from January 1 to December 31, 2021 -Covid-19 continues to close our stores down and limit capacity upon reopening. We are still having monthly zoom managers meeting. What opportunities are there to focus on this fiscal year? -As Covid continues to be part of our daily life we will continue to work together monthly to keep up to date with changes to remain open and safe. What challenges has the program encountered in the past year? -Learning to deal with the changing landscape of a lockdown -We will continue to come together over zoom to meet and share information Financial information How much was spent on the program in the fiscal period January 1 to December 31, 2021?
