Pass Down Requests

Our International Rule speaks of funds provided by higher level Councils to support conferences or Councils in times of crisis or in embracing a new initiative - often referred to as "pass downs" (2.2.4 Role of Councils ... Councils also help conferences in their ministry to persons in need by assisting with heavy demands for person-to-person aid by providing human resource and/or financial aid ...)

To facilitate this support, ONRC has adopted a clear procedure to apply for such funding with a policy outlining the procedure and forms to complete in each of the situations
